Returns & Refund Policy

At Deluloré, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you receive, and we stand behind the quality of everything we offer.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. If your item arrives sealed and you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to process a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original, undamaged packaging
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us — we want to make it right. In these cases, we are happy to issue a store credit so you can find something you'll truly love.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer care team at julia@delulore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Store Credit

If you are not satisfied with an opened product, we will gladly issue a store credit equal to the value of your purchase. Store credits never expire and can be used on any future order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
